What type of credit cards do you accept? We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover
Do I prepay over the phone? Yes, 20% deposit once agreed on final booking cost
Do you have flat rate cost? Yes, you pay a fixed rate regardless of traffic and actual time needed to get to your destination, the fare is agreed on during the reservation process. Do Mr. C Car Service track flights? Yes, we track your flight number by using Flight-Aware for any delays and if your flight number changes please give us a call.
What is an Airport Transfer Service? Airport transfers is a pre-scheduled ground transportation service for customers to be picked up from most requested Boston Logan International Airport to a hotel or other designated area. Return trips also available.
Do Mr. C Car Service provide a car seat? Yes, child-friendly (book in advance for child/baby seat or bring your own) *For liability purposes customers must install child seat themselves.
What is required to book a date? Pick up date, pick-up address, number of people, destination address and credit card.
Are your drivers professional? Yes, very professional and courteous and Mr. C Car Service is fully insured by Massport Standards.
Is transportation available outside of the greater Boston area? Yes, we travel short and long distance trips.
